The Story

G'day,

E.V.O began as a business concept many years ago and was intended to represent Emmeline's Virtual Office.

This was pre-covid when being a Virtual Assistant was not as popular as it is now. Being a busy mum then, I didn't have time to invest in myself and a business while in the throws of child wrangling.

But, Emmeline means 'hard working and industrious’. It's no wonder that I’m motivated and achievement driven. So I worked through a career change from high level EA support and administration to the ever-changing field of marketing. And I couldn't go back. That said, I lean heavily on my organisational skills to achieve marketing activities.

For over 13 years now, my blend of organisational and creative capabilities has seen me work in Executive Assistance, Senior Media roles, Senior Marketing roles and Project Support. And now, I am offering a freelance marketing service!

I've had the pleasure and privilege of marketing for some amazing brands throughout my career, including SafeWork SA, TAFE SA, REDARC Electronics, REDARC Defence & Space, Hummingbird Electronics, and still currently with Para Bellum Solutions.

I have lost count of how many peers have asked, "When are you going to launch your own business?" or simply stating, "You should launch your own business!"

With older lads (one now an adult), and a flexible workplace with a team who champion self development, now is simply the right time.

I am excited to connect with creative peers, suppliers and clients. Whether it’s a marketing campaign or a strategic project or programme, I enjoy managing portfolios and partnering with stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Please connect with me and see an overview of my experience on LinkedIn.
